Your Guide
Meet Colleen
Colleen Long began practicing yoga more than twenty-five years ago. What began as an introduction to the practice soon became a lifelong path of self-inquiry, discovery, and connection.
Her passion deepened through workshops, festivals, and continued study, culminating in her RYT-200 training in Boulder, Colorado in 2018.
With Irish and Scottish heritage and extensive experience leading international group travel, Colleen has guided thoughtfully designed journeys across cities, countrysides, and coastal landscapes. She brings care, intention, and local knowledge to every itinerary.
Her teaching blends authentic yogic principles with alignment-based vinyasa and restorative flow, creating journeys that leave guests feeling inspired, connected, and deeply fulfilled.
